Our own crews on the critical work

Masonry, bar bending and concreting are done by people who work for us, not by whoever was available that week. It is the reason the finish is consistent from one project to the next.

An estimate you can read

Quantities, rates and specification set out item by item, so you can see what a granite upgrade or a thicker slab actually costs before you decide — not after the work is done. How we price the work.

Materials tested, not assumed

Concrete cubes cast and tested, steel from recognised mills, slump checked before a pour. Records stay with the project so the structure can be accounted for years later.

The same two people, start to finish

You deal with Chellathurai and Standly directly — not a salesperson at the start and a stranger on site. Most of our work still comes from families and businesses we have already built for.
