We reply
A reply from Chellathurai or Standly — not an automatic acknowledgement — with whatever we need to know about the plot before we can say anything useful.
DAY 02–05
Call or site visit
Half an hour on the phone, or an hour standing on the plot. No charge and no obligation, and we will tell you plainly if what you want will not work there.
WEEK 02
Indicative range
A cost range, a realistic build duration, and a written note of anything about the site or the approvals that is likely to cost you more than you expect.
WEEK 03+
Proposal
If it suits both sides, an itemised estimate set out quantity by quantity, and an agreement that says exactly what is and is not included.
